准备上一暖壶水，在嘴里含上一小口，微仰头，振动喉咙，利用水的力量吹动舌头。我也试了好几杯水，先不说被呛到的感觉，单是发出来的音就不太正宗，掺杂着呼呼的杂音。个人感觉不是修练上乘颤舌音的 好的修练法门。但也有好多妖孽们是这种方法学成的，对这些前辈们，我表示真心的佩服。
2、模仿法：
模仿摩托车启动时“得儿~~~~~~~~~”的声音，用这种方法很容易就能推动舌头。我 开始练的时候，因为想着是摩托车启动，那启动时力道肯定不得少啊，所以每次都“得儿~~~~~”的惊天动地的。提醒刚练习的童鞋们如果选这种方法，声音适中就行了，不然会遭遇宿舍人们围殴的。同学们如果勤奋一点，走路“得儿~~~~”吃饭“得儿~~~~”睡学“得儿~~~~~~~”，两三天后你就会惊喜的发现，“得儿~~~”越来越溜，随时都可以轻松的“得儿~~~~”上一嗓子。
我练完这种方法后，感觉虽然能快启的推动舌头，但想去掉前面的“得”，直接利用喉咙吹出的气流吹动舌头，发出颤音“儿~~”还是很困难。推荐初学俄语且未找到р发音窍门的同学用一用，因为此方法易上手，较短的时候里就可以体会到舌头在嘴里颤动的感觉。
3、音节法：
тра-тра-ра,тро-тро-ро,тру-тру-ру,трэ-трэ-рэ,тры-тры-ры,ра-ру-рэ-ры，这是大学俄语课本里例出的关于р的音节，跟着老师或者录音不停的读，一开始读错或者读得不好也没关系。在读的过程中不断体会从тра变化到ра的感觉，直到找到利用“模仿法”体会到的舌头在嘴里颤动起来的那种感觉。
