选择日语教材及日语语音教材，对一窃不通刚开始接触日语的亲，我推荐咱们国家一直在使用的新版《标准日本语》，旧版的就不要用了，要与时俱进啊。如果不喜欢这套教材，还可以选择《新编日语》《日本语教程》等教材，要选择初级版本的。一般教材会有配套的光盘，里面就是语音教材了。
在找到自己喜欢的教材后，要浏览一遍教材内容，主要是看书的教学流程和教学方法，做到学习心里有数，然后制定一个相对适合自己的学习计划，比如一篇课文几天学完，这本书在多长时间以内学完，一天背多少单词等。并每天监督自己完成，如果有好朋友，可以叫朋友帮忙来监督自己。
必须学习五十音图，这个是起码的!不用想对于一门语言，语音是 基础也是 重要的，对于日语来说自然就是五十音图了。把五十音图按从左到右，从上到下，即横行竖行的顺序全部背过并记熟，记得学习的时候一定要听着老师的语音学习，因为五十音图发错音的话，后面的单词课文就都会出错，这个 重要，如果语音还拿捏不准，可以找会日语的朋友或找日语老师请教发音。
助词是日语的关键!在听的时侯要注意助词。比如:彼は言いました(他说了。强调谓语“言いました”)。彼が言いました(他说了。强调主语“彼”)。彼に言いました(对他说了。表达对象)。这三个句子由于使用的助词不同，其表达的意思完全不同。“平时弄清助词的用法和意思，听的时侯注意助词”是提高日语听力的有效方法之一。
日语的谓语在句尾，不听到 后不能推测句子的大意。除了谓语(动词)外，结尾词也非常重要。想这样的结尾词有很多，常见的有:肯定，否定，意向，义务等等。
平时在学习单词的时侯，一定要记住它正确的发音。和其他语言一样，日语也有声 调。平时学习时记住正确的发音对于听力有非常大的帮助。一个单词通过耳朵被输送到大脑里以后，在大脑里去寻找和它一样的词。如果找到了完全一致的词，就完成了它的任务，也就是说马上就明白了它的意思。
我们经常会遇到这种现象:听了以后发现有些词背过，可就是想不起来。为什么?就是因为没背劳。有时候老是在求数量而忽视了质量，与其记10个忘5个，倒不如只背劳5个。千万别图快，要扎扎实实地往前走。
