通过CPA考试后，如何成为一名注册会计师？
一、通关CPA考试
众所周知，要想成为一名注册会计师，首先要做的就是报考CPA考试。不过CPA考试并没有大家所想象中那么简单、容易，CPA考试一共分为了专业阶段及综合阶段两个部分，其中，专业阶段就分为了6个科目，每个科目都有一定难度，通过了专业阶段6科考试后，才有资格参加接下来的综合阶段考试，考生顺利通过了两个部分考试，就会取得注册会计师合格证书。
二、执业与非执业
参加CPA考试只不过是开始，在通关考试后，考生眼前将会有两条路需要选择，一个就是成为执业注册会计师，另一个就是成为非执业注册会计师，
执业注册会计师，其职业发展方向局限于在会计师事务所里工作，并且拥有国内审计工作唯一的签字权。
而非执业注册会计师，其职业发展方向比较多选择，可以考虑国内的大中型企业、政府机关单位、银行等平台进行工作。
三、继续教育
别以为通过CPA考试，出来工作以后就能够高枕无忧，为了进一步提高财会人员的综合能力素质，国家也要求这类人员每年都必须要参加继续教育，同样注册会计师也不例外。当加入到注册会计师协会后，每年需要大家参加继续教育，并且按照要求学完一定学分。
